Next week is Election Day in the U.S., and cannabis is on the ballot. The five states listed above are currently medical-use markets, but have measures for voters to consider legalizing adult-use cannabis. Passage could mean legal cannabis in nearly half of all states – if they all pass, the U.S. would have 24 legal states.
