You may be tired of seeing a slew of cannabis recipes that aren’t the best for your health goals. We totally get it, and we definitely want to promote being health-conscious while also getting the high you deserve. Rose protein bars are perfect for those who may want to snack on something throughout the day without worrying about their protein intake. You will definitely be a fan of florals after trying out this delicious cannabis recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup Quinoa
2 cups Sprouted Almonds or raw
¼ cup Dried Blueberries
1 tbsp rose water
½ cup Shredded Coconut
¼ cup Hemp Seeds
⅓ cup Rose Petals
3 tbsp Brown Rice Syrup
3 tbsp coconut nectar
1 gram of cannabis concentrate heated (1000mg)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bake the Quinoa for 15min at 350F
- Mix the almonds and Blueberries together and divide it into two portions
- Add half of mixer into a food processor add the rosewater and pulse until it crumbles
- Add the mixture into the other half of almonds and blueberries and mix together well
- Add baked quinoa, hemp and coconut and combine well
- Add rose petals
- Add rice brown syrup and soft cannabis concentrate until mixture is sticky
- Bake in the oven for 20min
- Cut bars and bake again for 15min for a crispy consistency
